What’s your goal?
Yoga may not be your end goal.
Most of my clients are increasing flexibility to play a better tennis match.
Or to be able to walk their dogs without pain.
Or overcome OCD and depression.
Or slow down degenerative disc disease.
Or get back mobility after a neck surgery.
Or learn how to live a life of abundant self love.
Or rebuild the healthy lifestyle they had before career stress set in.
I’ve struggled lately. To define who exactly I serve. And this is what I’ve learned.
Yoga isn’t the result most of my clients are looking for.
You all are looking for a support to the lifestyle you want to live. The active, mindful, peace filled, abundant life you love.
Yoga happens to be like a backbone for the life you want to live.
It’s the quiet friend refilling your water, reminding you how strong you are, and helping you reach your goals.
It’s rarely the main event.
The yoga I teach is an integrative, intuitive, custom, and convenient practice for mind, body, and soul.
My clients see results because we look at the whole picture, with the end goal in mind. And I develop a unique and personalized plan just for that goal.
Your goals are unique, so your plan will be unique.

You don’t have to wait until the right time. There truly is no other moment than the present moment.
Big hugs and happy Friday 🤍
