The Wellness Room will host 6 classes each day and be open in between classes for Self Guided Wellness, Open Meditation, and access to get personalized coaching from The Wellness Curator, Kasidy Kersey Howie.

All classes are beginner friendly and mats will be provided. Please bring your own water. We are located in the Warhol Room.

Tuesday - August 29

7 - 7:30 am: Energizing Yoga

7:35 - 8:05 am: Guided Meditation

8:05-9 am: Self Guided Wellness Stations

9 - 9:30 am: Peaceful Leadership (Mindset for Reaching Goals without Stress)

9:45 -10:15 am: Habit Hacking for Stress Resilience

10:15 - 1:30 pm: Self Guided Wellness Stations

1:30 - 2:15 pm: Yin Yoga for Stress Resilience

2:15 - 2:45 pm: Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga)

2:45 - 5 pm: Self Guided Wellness Stations and Meditation with Sound Healing

Wednesday - August 30

7 - 7:30 am: Energizing Yoga

7:35 - 8:05 am: Guided Meditation

8:05-9 am: Self Guided Wellness Stations

9 - 9:30 am: Breathwork for Stress Resilience

9:45 -10:15 am: Live Sound Bowl Healing

10:15 - 1:30 pm: Self Guided Wellness Stations

1:30 - 2:15 pm: Chair Yoga

2:15 - 2:45 pm: Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga)

2:45 - 4 pm: Self Guided Wellness Stations and Meditation with Sound Healing
