Week 2 - Transitions

Week 3 - Sun Salutations

Week 4 - Learn to Flow (Vinyasa)

Week 5 - Flexibility and Embracing Discomfort (Yin Yoga)

Week 6 - Hatha, Flow, Yin, Restorative - a week of classes for an ongoing practice

Week 7 - Hatha, Flow, Yin, Restorative - a week of classes for an ongoing practice
