Do it hungover.
How often do you make the perfect plan to move your body or meditate only to arrive at the moment and have 8 million reasons NOW is no longer the best time.
“Later” we say… only for later to also not be the best time.
Here’s the deal…
The yoga isn’t going to do itself.
If you want the results, obviously, you know you have to put in the work.
But you’re busy.
You’re hungover.
You’re tired.
You want to finish one more episode.
I get it.
I was hungover this morning and fully intended (straight up planned) to roll back into bed, but the truth is..
I want this muscle more than I want an extra hour of sleep.
So with all the excuses in the world, I got here. I made it to the weights. And then I’m going to make it to my mat.
I just lifted my heaviest squat in a long time. Hungover.
I just went almost all the way into my splits, and definitely the closest I’ve been to the full splits since I was a kid. Busy.
And now I’m walking on the treadmill before I go finish my yoga practice. And I’m doing it all tired.
Living life with ease doesn’t mean negating the journey to the goal, it’s about learning how to embrace the journey.
Learning how to feel anxious and go on the date anyways.
Learning how to feel scared and asking for the promotion anyways.
Learning how to feel uncertain and betting on yourself anyways.
That’s what I do. I teach you how to feel it all and go get what you want anyways.
Love you, you got this.
