Meditation
Yoga Nidra: Experience the meditation practice that is transforming mental health and vibrancy. Known for its ability to release stored trauma and relieve anxiety, you will discover the power of breath, visualization, and body awareness through this deeply meditative practice.
Mindfulness Meditation: The practice of training your mind to stay in the present moment. You’ll learn how to utilize this practice on the go as well to let go of overwhelming emotions faster and stay present even when you are emotionally charged. Making confident decisions will become effortless.
