The ONE thing every industry is talking about right now…

STRESS.

Emotional Intelligence.

Nervous System Regulation.

Mental Health.

Self Leadership.

Y’all, it’s all connected and often times different verbiage for the same thing.

I’m watching as the personal development industry is highlighting this ONE THING as the base line for why you aren’t reaching your goals -

in your career

in your health

in your relationship

and it’s taking everything in me not to say

“I TOLD YOU SO.”

Because I’m a mindful adult and we’re not supposed to do that.

Anyways..

The way you lead your inner world effects everything.

    • You’ve always focused on counting calories, burning calories with cardio, doing cleanses and fasts and maybe now you’ve even tried that fancy shot that melts fat - but you’re still frustrated with how your pants fit and how tired you feel all the time….

  2. You can’t get ahead in your career.

    • You’ve tried new jobs, new bosses, new positions, you’ve taken the tests and the feedback and the coaching - but you can’t seem to get the promotion…

  3. You can’t find a partner.

    • You’ve gone on the apps, you’ve been set up on blind dates, you’ve had some flings - but they all end the same way and it’s exhausting and humiliating…

YOU’RE TIRED.

I would like to humbly suggest that there is a deeper thing going on.

It’s not because you are wrong or bad or just can’t get it together.
