My stress management strategy in detail…

I practice yoga everyday.

Some days I do a meditation.
Some days I do an asana practice (movement/poses).
Some days I do a mindfulness practice (like breath work or grounding).

I have ended chronic stress, healed from burnout, and continue to accomplish whatever random life goals I decide to have (like starting a business or becoming a swimsuit model) with one simple tool: yoga.

We naturally want to overcomplicate it - as if you need all the things to feel peaceful. That does NOT feel peaceful to me.

Instead, I keep it insanely simple. I practice yoga about 30 minutes/day.

It calms my brain, helps me create focus for the day, and releases all the happy hormones that help humans make better decisions, stay positive, and lower stress (like oxytocin and endorphins)…

It makes my body strong, relieves stored trauma (physical and emotional), and helps to regulate my fight/flight response (aka, my nervous system, aka STRESS)
