I hope this isn’t too blunt…

If you’ve tried to create a consistent yoga practice, but feel like you’re constantly starting over…

trying to motivate yourself..

restarting YouTube challenges..

frustrated that you’re not in better health…

I’m going to be very blunt (please stop reading if this is not you)

Because if this is you, there are only two things you need:

structure & support

My students make incredible progress, because of these two things.

No fancy equipment, no expensive courses, no special yoga pants, and without much free time on their hands…

For example…

One of my students went from not knowing a single yoga pose to practicing 4-5 days a week, toning her body, resolving her back pain, and having more energy to play with her kids. In addition to being a mom, she works full time and runs a profitable side business. She did this with a very busy schedule.

Another student is a CFO, he travels A LOT for work, he has a few injuries to be cautious of and is passionate about running and staying strong as he ages. He now has a simple strategy that allows him to practice daily to reduce further injury and improve his running. His morning practice is also the backbone to staying clear headed and stress resilient in the face of his daily pressures. He has done this without a complicated routine.

Let me be clear - THEY did the work.

I simply made it easy for them with a clear structure and the right kind of support.

The kind of support that keeps you showing up after the first wave of excitement passes. The kind of accountability that carries no shame or guilting with it, but empowers you to show up - even when it’s hard.

Doesn’t that sound amazing!!

Now.. some students I have worked with do not see progress and I want to be clear as to why -

They are constantly looking for a “new” thing to try, rather than staying committed to the process.

They overcomplicate it and while doing so, give themselves a million reasons not to simply do the work.

They avoid support, because in the past accountability brought on shame.

If you can relate to these but know you are ready to start making things simple for yourself and see more tangible results, Year of Yoga is for you!

If hearing that it can be as simple as a clear structure and the right support has you BEAMING and excited that there is finally a clear path to follow, Year of Yoga is for you!

If you want to put an end to constantly “starting over on Monday,” Year of Yoga is for you!
