Make Love to Your To-Do List

The list is long, but baby, the love is gooooood.

I told my mom this when I first started my biz. I was working from 4:30 am to 10 pm, teaching yoga through my lunch breaks, scheduling clients while I was in the bath tub, carried my planner everywhere I went.

My list wasn’t long just to make me feel important. I literally had so much to do to get everything going and growing. I would love to tell you there’s an easier way. And maybe for some there is, but for me the solution was not ditching the to-do list and just going with the flow.

That isn’t my personality and it’s not my preference. Yes, I can relax, but when it comes to completing what I say I’m going to complete, it’s a non-negotiable. I follow through.

And I know you’re like that too. We’re go-getters.

So here’s what I did to change the game and fall in love with the journey of achieving my dreams..

I started loving every single thing on my lists. I rewarded myself for completing things. I prayed for what needed to get done. I made the little things special with gratitude.

Everything on your to-do list is there because it’s leading you to a result you want.

You can muscle through and force your way through the day…

Or you can fall in love with the process by combining gratitude, surrender, and celebration.

I know it sounds simple, but the best things usually are. Plus, you don’t need more work, you just looked for a way to lighten the load on your daily tasks!

(Let me not fail to mention this is after you’ve delegated as much as possible 🙌)

Burnout is NOT inevitable. It’s the result of a lot of small, daily choices. If you’re there, I see you. If you can feel yourself headed there, I see you.

You’re invited to a complimentary consult to tackle your to-do list in a way that works for you! You’ll also get all your questions answered about Peaceful Leadership, the mindfulness group for leaders to get refreshed + get out of chronic stress.
