You aren’t Broken
Trauma sucks, I know.
So does anxiety and depression. And that underlying stress you’ve been feeling, it doesn’t help.
But what’s really hijacking your peace is the time you spend trying to fix yourself.
YOU AREN’T BROKEN.
Inner peace is found through self discovery. It’s not about changing yourself, it’s about getting to know yourself.
I spent a decade trying to fix myself, only to come out the other side with more fear and overwhelm.
You don’t have to do that.
You can stop the cycle now and begin living the life of peace you dream of.
Simply by getting curious about yourself.
This week, take time to write down one new thing you learn about yourself each day.
Try to see these things as neutral, not good or bad, right or wrong, just observations.
See what happens. And tell me about it!
