In 2016, at the height of my career, I was hospitalized for major depressive disorder. What I hoped was just a little stress turned out to be major burn out leaving me questioning all that I had come to love about my life.

Upon returning home, I decided that my health would never again suffer for my career. But I still had big ambitions and dreams to accomplish.

I had to find a way to hold both. I had to find a way to make all my dreams come true without sacrificing my mental or physical health.

And so I began my journey into mindful living. I learned how to bring the wisdom of the ancient gurus into my work and was not surprised when my health began to thrive, but so did my career.

I received promotion after promotion in my day job before my “side biz” of teaching yoga took off (in just 3 months!!). I now have the joy of teaching yoga and modern mindfulness tools to major corporations, C-Suite Execs, business owners, coaches, and entrepreneurs.

My greatest joy is to help great leaders make it for the long haul.
