The solution to your stress…

The Year of Yoga will teach you exactly how to solve your stress with a simple and effective self care routine.

And it’s not with a 3 hour morning routine and a weekly facial.

Though that sounds really nice, I don’t have the time for that and I’m guessing you don’t either.

Instead, what you need is a straight forward, proven way to manage stress and build stress resilience.

Most people will stop at relieving stress - taking a vacation, personal day, or getting a pedicure.

And that’s great, but imagine never getting to the point again where you feel like your head is going to explode because of overwhelm.

Imagine that you have a built in routine that helps you maintain your equilibrium even when the ship is sinking.

Imagine that you wake up everyday knowing exactly what to do to lead your physical and mental health.

And then, when you are in the moment of chaos, instead of getting overwhelmed or anxious, you feel so much trust in yourself that you make a confident decision and move on with your day.

Feels like a chocolate dipped cone, but maybe that’s because I’m pregnant.

It feels like BLISS when what should have high jacked your day — DOESN’T, because you know how to handle it.

Inside Year of Yoga, you’ll learn yoga practices specifically to:

  • Release stored trauma in the body

  • Release stress from the body

  • Repair the mind-body connection

  • Live present and mindfully

  • Make mindful decisions around food

  • Love and lead yourself when the pressure is on

  • Communicate and keep boundaries

  • Trust yourself

  • Strengthen your physical body

  • Strengthen your mental health and emotional intelligence

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Have consistently amazing sleep

  • Improve mobility and flexibility even as you age

  • Build stress resilience

The hardest thing for those who are under stress is to say “I will stop and take care of me.” The stress has a way of convincing us that we must keep going, everything is urgent, there’s no time to wait.

But the truth is, the best thing you can do for yourself, those you are leading, those who are counting on you is to stop and finally take time for you.

There is no better time to do so than the soonest you are willing to.

But you have to be willing.

And believing you are worthy of the energy, the money, the time… that is often the biggest hurdle to overcome.

But the one you must face if you want to manage your stress and move through your anxiety.

I would love to have you in Year of Yoga! Those who have already jumped in are incredible and have so much to offer to this community. I know your presence will be celebrated and enjoyed.

There are 3 days left to join.

Let’s get you out of the stress cycle, so you can get back to doing what you love!
