But the flow and ease comes when you take time to be with yourself. In all the discomfort of looking yourself in the eyes. And truly seeing yourself.
And loving every part. Even the parts you don’t like. Or don’t understand.
This is where real freedom from stress is found.
This is where you can look at the circumstances around you and begin to practice un attachment.
