I know it’s hard.
I lost 20lbs on accident once. I’ve been trying to lose 15lbs for a year now and can’t seem to shake it.
I know it’s hard.
And I know that I’m not really trying. I say that I am, some days I give it my a decent effort, but really, it’s been a 50/50 game.
50/50 doesn’t get results. Not for something like this.
Not when the goal requires a lifestyle change.
But changing our lifestyle is difficult.
We’ve got patterns built into our lives and until we truly change them, we will get the same results.
Because I practice yoga for a wide variety of reasons, I’m going speak plainly here. This principle applies to most areas of our life.
If you want something to change.. you have to change something.
But you know that.
So my question is… what has to change?
When is staying where you are going to be more painful than the changes that must be made?
Why do you want the changes in the first place?
Journaling on these prompts can open up a beautiful journey that makes reaching goals a very different adventure.
