Reset.
It’s February and you’ve already forgotten your goals for the year.
You don’t have to wait until Monday. You don’t need to wait until the first of the month. And you definitely don’t need to wait until 2023 to start over.
Grab a piece of paper and close your eyes.
Thing about the life you want to live. Really let yourself day dream, get lost in the moment, experience it fully. What are you wearing? Where are you? Who are you with? What are you doing? Let the picture grow and grow and grow. Notice how you feel. Allow yourself to feel that goodness in your mind AND your body.
Open your eyes and write down one thing you can do today to take action towards your goals. Keep it small and simple.
Now write down two things you can do this coming week to take action towards your goals. Keep it small and simple.
Your goals will determine if you need to grow this list, but whatever the actions may be — keep them small and simple. Do one “little” thing every day. Watch them add up. You’ll be amazed.
